I had been away from the computer all day. Finally when I sat down and checked the market I found this Cypher. It had pushed beyond the point of entry so the risk/reward was nice.
I entered at market, then I checked the Forexfactory for news. I noticed that major new is to be released for USD at 14.30 my time. My rules say that I need to go flat any daytrades 15 minutes prior to such release so I exited ASAP.
I could have donw two things here.
1. Follow my rules and get out right away.
2. Stay involved, since the risk / reward was so darn good.

I choose to follow my rules, and will always pick the option that follows my rules, no matter what.
