ETHUSD market update, can we go higher?

Hello people,

Eth is trading around the 215 Dollar, we are still making higher lows. this is a good thing for the little bull run we make. i still believe this is is a correction in the bigger Bear market(2018). My play is to watch the green rectangle targets in a 4h timeframe Elliot wave.
We could just be in a big wave 4. But BTC is the leading factor in this.
level to watch short term:
-have to stay above 210 levels to stay bullish. 0.618 fib level.
-have to break the 225 resistance to make a new high
