ETC long setup

ETC has been working quite well on 15m timeframe but recently became a bit messy. That is why I switched to 4H timeframe.
As you can see it just bounced of 200 MA support and is ready to continue a bull run. On a lower timeframe it looks like it would dump but its not.
Based on recent performance I also projected a price action in the near future - dashed blue line, but this is just a wild guess.
Whats important is to make a safe entry point and take profit with as least risk as possible.
If BTC -0.94% happens to be super bullish , we could also hold this trade for longer. The chart does sort of hint to $20 area but I wouldn't vouch for it.
