In over night trading the S&P 500 - June E-mini contract moved up while several Asian stock markets went down.
Normally the overnight US stock futures track Asian stocks.
What happened in the Hang Seng (HSI) exchange is very interesting. It appears to have been forming an Elliott wave
Horizontal Triangle from 1/29/18 - confirming the SPX pattern. It may have completed its triangle last night bottoming in
the area of three Fib coordinates. I will have a post about the HSI later.
The SPX decline on 4/13/18 was in a clear three wave pattern.
Today the June E-mini contract is nearing the 4/13/18 high.
If today the SPX moves above its 4/13/18 high at 2680.26 it could be very bullish and strongly imply
its Horizontal Triangle is complete.
I will have updates about the SPX later this week.
