ES Update

I said yesterday that it would get overbought today and go down. Well, here we are. Made a little money with puts like I said I would.

Indicators now neutral, META earnings probably dictates gap direction tomorrow. Just gonna stay cash and take potshots at the market with options. I'm guessing MFI will cycle fast like it did a a couple of weeks ago, just waiting for the next opportunity

I'm more bullish on GOOGL and MSFT than META, so staying cash for now.

I think TSLA went up mostly because it was oversold on the daily and highly shorted. META is neutral both in terms of chart pattern and indicators, so it's a complete crap shoot.

They pumped it back to green right after I posted this, lol.

Guessing the market whipsaws up the next week or so, expecting a similar pattern to last August.

SPX (ES1!) formed an intraday pennant today, probably a continuation pattern, but you never know. Gap direction will probably be dictated by META earnings, time to place your bets, lol.

META down 10% AH on weak guidance. Earnings actually beat though, lol, opposite day from yesterday.

I said I was bearish on META, but I was just guessing. maybe I should've at least done a kicks and giggles bet

I can always predict direction, but at least I can tell you ahead of time what's gonna cause the movement. That's the best I can do sometimes.
