Polkadot still consolidating!
Hey guys,
In my opinion, DOTUSDT has more chance to break out the rectangle to the downside and hit 15$ at least.
If bulls couldn't hold resistance at 15$ and lose the support level, the price can hit 13$.
the second scenario could be a bullish trend continuation and DOT can hit 19$ and move its ATH again!
