US REAL ESTATE. ONE MORE CHANCE TO BUY CHEAP HOUSES?

US real estate index seems reaching the top of this long term rising channel with a bearish divergence. For the short term it's still in place a bullish divergence for a potential wave up. In the long term this rising channel can be broken to the downside. If this is the case it can be a good opportunity to invest in cheap houses.
