Dow Jones possible breakout rejected hard?

If you look at my trend lines, looks like the dow almost broke out the other day but was IMMEDIATELY rejected very hard. I'm thinking it's going down very slowly as the stock market patterns tend to take longer to form than the Cryptocurrency market. Thoughts?
