History repeating itself for DGI?

Looking a lot like history repeating itself. Price touched the 200 MA bounced back up and made a higher high retesting the resistance line. Failed but probably will do a succesful retest and breakthrough within the upcoming 24 hours. Sending DGI to new ATH. RSI looks ready after consilidating for almost a week.
