DAX in a Descending Triangle pattern (TRADEBIRD)

Dax is following the pattern of a Descending triangle, the high's are getting lower with each wave, I expect a breakdown to 12600 soon like the arrow in my chart is showing.

Descending triangle Failed, DAX is still at the top of its channel near the resistance on the 1W chart so I still am bearish, I'll try my best to find a new bearish pattern at the higher levels.
