CRM Swing position. 3:1 Risk/Reward.

Will be looking to add CRM as a swing play. Weekly chart shows solid bull flag consolidation. I am going to be watching on the Daily how the stock performs today. Back over the 20 SMA on daily chart and will watch to see if it holds and closes above today. R/R is 3:1, eyeing a 3-6 month hold on these shares.

opened 10 shares of CRM this morning at 222.45. I may add more shares tomorrow depending on how the stock performs. CRM was initiated at a BUY this evening after hours by goldman sachs.

CRM has developed a nice base at the 223-226 lvl. Like I mentioned earlier that 230 lvl is going to serve as a strong resistance and that is exactly what we've seen. Watch for when CRM clears 230 with VOLUME, this will signal institutional money going long on CRM and I expect a big move to 243. if we clear 243 and the weekly channel pattern then I am looking for 262-278. Volume from the past three days looks strong. three consecutive bullish days. Notice how we are rejected on the Daily 50 SMA, we need to clear it and close above.

Earnings: CRM has outperformed tremendously its past two earnings. Noting this if you look at November 1-2nd you will see we had a nice run into earnings 1 month out. Next earnings is March 1st so look this next two weeks to see if we get some $ flowing into CRM like I talked about above.

*I still like this trade but wanted to free up some capital for BFT and other trades so I closed 10 shares of CRM at 226.54 (whopping 1.4%). Still holding 5 shares.

CRM Paying 🙏 I only have my small position left but we cleared 230 this afternoon. Watch to see if this breaks out of channel, it can be a massive move.
**this is a weekly channel, that's why it looks off before I get comments lol
