CL is still consolidating!

as you can see in the chart, the crude oil is passing through a consolidation phase or a trading range that is before the impulsion or storm. So far there is nothing confirming anything as the volume is still calm and the price should either break the resistance area at 38.17 to go bullish or break the support zone at 37.36 to go bearish.
