Crude Oil bearish Descending Flag Formation (Nikita FX )

Crude Oil looks like having a trial breakout with Pink Flag upper line, however it
was rejected with Black Strong Resistance Line. And wave counting is still 4-E.

I would say it goes further downside into TP 2:17.02
