You know I like comparisons. So feeling OIL is dictating everything else right now. I did a history comparison between the oil correction on 2008 and now, and the pin action the major players: Dollar, Gold, SPY. The arrows represent , as it relates to oil, what each player did in 2008, and their direction if we repeat, which there is no way we repeat exactly, but thought I would just post this. The trend lines are interesting, again, all relative to oil. The Gold channel is interesting. And the DXY, dollar, v other currencies basket, could turn to the first trend line, but historically would go to the horizontal support shown. The red, green, purple, and blue verticals represent the pivot points and their respective length of moves. The blue is the time to mature as the blue of 06-11-2009. IMO, and its just IMO.
