Long term accumulation for crude oil

It seems the fractal has reached a point where a long term accumulation cycle starts. We can still hold the daily range for a while but there's still some serious pressure from the weekly data. Possibility to come up to the weekly downtrend, reverse from the weekly block (two acc candles), reverse and hold and test the greediest (1h untested area) on the bottom without breaking major high TF data points.
