CCL - Is forming a HEAD and SHOULDERS pattern

My previous analysis was showing the chart to be very bullish. But the past few days with the negative news Im starting to think this might re-test $21-$23 levels again. Im currently seeing a head and shoulders pattern forming and might take profits around this area and re-enter.
