Look at the Fractals and RSI: CAPR will Dip to $5.50 Range

Right now, I think CAPR still has ways to go prior to the swing pre-entry. It is close to meeting the expected charting target for a short than rebuy. I reiterate the point I have said in the past few days. The fractals and RSI being bearish for the current trend point also makes it seem obvious. As always, please do your own due diligence.
