Break Neck Line : To the 78.6 then consider again what to do

After BOC raise overnight rate this par rocketed to the neckline and break it.
Following this, D1 shows Bullish engulfing , so i decided to Long on this pair to 78.6 lvl then consider the PA and pattern again what to do.
