Inverted H&S on the hourly signals a long trade if it closes above R142. Full target is R154. Stop loss is a close below R138, then trend continues downwards.

R148 will be a level to watch and could be an opportunity to take some risk off should things start to go sideways. Stop loss is still a close below R138 but if you want to be more conservative you can move it to a close below R140.
