Does it chek-in on 16500 desk or is it on its low-end already?
It can be a check-in with a fast short-squeeze to test this level and push back to 24K zone then...
The balance of zones are looks very equally.
Testing this zone is highly expectable, but the subsequent surge is also highly anticipated...

So next layer is a range 12400-14100. Center balanced zone and coin accumulation in this zone is not a bold in the past accumulation periods.
On negative SPH, indicators and news, slipping into this zone is quite real.
It is much more interesting how the recovery will be - U, V, or W-flatten aside.
