RSI indicator completly over bought.

As we can see that RSI indicator is very overbought in the Weekly chart. The two times it did in there, BTC completely got dumped to 3K. Also, The 4-hour chart shows an upper trend line, reflecting the weakening of the uptrend. And, looking at the order book we can see a huge sell order of around 1749 BTC in the area 24K. I think we can see a double top in there and then completely weakening of the market.
