BTC Daily Range for wyckoff purist

Distribution, accumulation what are your opinions?
Did composite operator accumulate during the war news?
Lowering volume could suggest accumulation.
Range/bear momentum on Weekly chart is still there.
I dont consider that the 60k was a spring.
