Bottom between 3.9k and 4.5k?

Drawing a trend from the 2015 low as well as a fib retracement using the Log scale, the bubble will be popped and set back on the trend once price reaches between 3.9k to 4.5k? These lows would also cause mining to become unprofitable in many countries, causing a shortage in supply (With some mining companies going out of business). Scarcity will increase the demand, and the demand increases the price, and we continue on up.
