H&S Pattern , Bitcoin Downside To $19-20k, Are you Short?

Bitcoin could potentially revisit some lower levels as I have out lined. A proper retrace like this would of course be very healthy. Slowing momentum and lack of buyers to the upside at the moment. According to blockchain whispers 69% are still long as I write this. This is not trading advice.
