Foolish move, using smart money technique

I am so Confused about this movement because of A very clever move by Smart Money to get many investors out of the field.
This means that the possibility of price increase without the presence of small investors in the market is more than ever before.
In fact, we are probably at the beginning of a very "strong bullish" wave as the market maker seeks to move public opinion towards more corrections.
As i say that" history repeats itself", I must say that in terms of historical statistics, it is possible for such a price movement to happen in the market.
