BTCUSD - Weekly - overbought? overextended?

Currently on the weekly BTCUSD is above RSI 70.
In the past whenever this value was reached and measuring extensions from the MA20 Weekly, above certain levels, one would expect a retracement.
It is those times when keeping closer look on the market and updating stop losses is important.
