Waiting for retest
We are patiently waiting and holding our short from 7560 because the price did not break out of the cloud and the upper limit servers as secure resistance that would be retested after a breakout. so we can assume that IF the price breaks 7580 to the upside we can assume to be able to hand back our short to the market around that same level with minimal loss or even with a small profit.
The statistical more significant scenario whatsoever is that the price returns to the mean which currently sits around 6880 and gives us almost 10% to go for our short to the downside. The rue should be that we hold on to the position until we can sell at the short term average indicated by the blue line whatever happens. We can leverage as long as we can make sure that we will not be forced to close our position before reaching the target.
