BTC strong trend to come. Position Accumulation

We can clearly see the price being held in very tight price range after strong bullish trend, also high "short" volumes under the resistance level prove that somebody is clearly accumulating his position.
Due to these facts I think we could see very strong price movement (equal to the last or even stronger one).
Such type of accumulation usually means Bullish trend, but before going bullish, we could also see short-term bearish trend.
