BLINK possibly gearing UP

EV adoption has been slow but moving none the less. Blink Charging has seen many government agencies now back the company and looks to become one of the key players in laying down EV infrastructure in the US.

I believe the stock is in an accumulation phase and this is one to start building a position in for the long term.
