Head and shoulder pattern on 30 mins chart?!!!!

Although there seems to be a general expectation for this stock to reach 550 levels at least, there appears to be formation of head and shoulder pattern which might be implying the bulls not able to tug as much as the bears. So any updates for this in the comments would be helpful!

temporarily we might see a significant fall if the 470 approx support like is broken. and as for the long view we have a very strong resistance at 490, which if broken we might be able to see it make another temporary high of 550-555
