BEPRO Testing breakout

BEPRO's flag is testing confirmation before another upwards swing. Needs to break 9 to be gone a ways but may stall on the fibs. Long hodl in play, but the 6.5 looks like the bottom and expecting a move beyond 16 in next 3 days.
