I'm bullish for reasons

1. Volume is on average
2. Price is at the lowest with LL pattern while RSI prints HL
3. 1H MAs of 9/20 are close
4. HA Doji on 1H

First Target Blue .382

Invalid if Price prints LL, but will buy more if RSI prints HH or same level.
