Monthly TF NR 4 breakout (Jan-April) Possible target Yearly Pivot R2 140-142, that is aligning with Cup and Handle Daily TF breakout

RSI can plateau out, time to trail longs as there exits a gap at lower levels 82/83 levels. Monthly volumes are declining.
