Will the 21 week MMA crossing the 50 and 100 week be bullish?

After a very long down cycle for BCH for 3 years now it looks like a big move is coming to BCH. The 21 week mma crossing up through the 50 and the 100 IMO is very bullish. Lets see what can happen in the next few weeks.
$450 usd is the first short term target.
