Three of three

1. I believe I see some bullish signs in the sector in general (IBB) and I want to get some exposure.

2. My friend who's doing fundamental analysis of biotech stocks, told me to look at this stock. He says they have enough money to sustain themselves for a while and some potential price catalysts in the not so distant future.

3. The chart looks to me like it could be breaking out and be on the verge of a stage transition.

That's 3 of 3, good enough bet for me to take the plunge and I bought some shares.
