Wait for it to reach the 0.618 Fib line and buy, it might also go lower until it reaches 1.44USDT but it's kinda risky to wait until there. If RSI goes lower 40% I'd take it as a buy signal, even if it'll keep going down it won't be for much. However everything depends from BTC so if you think BTC it's about to dump off course don't enter.
