about gas fee

Hello

I have an Idea, which makes the gas fee in the limit, not gets high when ETH goes up in price.

imagine gas fee could spike up to 900 USD for example!

so, there must be a kind of control on the gas fees to limit it and not be allowed to go so high in price.
