APR.UN will break all time highs

I really like this play. From what I can tell:

-Pays dividends

-Market loved this company in the 6 months prior to the Covid Crash.

-seems like their assets are only going to increase in value, so banking on this is like banking on real estate prices to go up - which I think is guaranteed.

-Should fall back down to 11.20 on next dip and will be a buy, if not already.

-fair value without covid in a bear case is $13.90 currently.

I believe that once this passes 12, it is only a matter of time until we are seeing a $13 APR.UN, and by time, I mean very little :)
