Allianz touching resistence line, might shoot up

Hi guys! This is my first published chart. As you can see it is touching the resistence line so the price could go up in the future.
Things to consider:
the exponential moving average shows that the price is below the line
RSI is decreasing
Volume decreasing constantly
If the trend reverts the target will be 230.
