$ADX started to move with good news.

ADX claims that they are ahead of the development schedule which supposed to happen in February. Allegedly, it may come alive in October. In TA, its on the correction phase ATM which we can consider as the second wave of fractal. I expect to that it reaches 20k at the end of 3rd wave.
