The split had me a bit worried but AAPL seems to have come out of it without too much of a struggle

Splits seem, at least in my experience, not at first usually, but later, can cause a deep pull back
Perhaps because more shares are floating around. I am not really sure but I do better when I wait a bit after a split
I bought EW right after a split and was sorry I did not wait. EW caught back up but still...not worth money going downhill while I waited
Possible stop under 103 or where you feel comfortable
Stops seem to burn me so if i place one, i place it very loose. Mr Market loves collecting those stops )o: so look deep if you plan to hang tight, as the market has been touchy and may get worse before elections
