Measures you can take to protect your account

That's why we recommend you take the following steps to protect your account:

  • Set a unique password: You can use password managers in your web browser, operating systems, or special applications and services
  • Use special signs: Characters like  #, /, <, % are important and make it much more difficult for both humans and machines to guess your password
  • Use long passwords: Make your password at least 12 characters long
  • Do not use common sequences: Alphabetical order and neighboring keyboard keys, such as "qwerty1234," "1abc23xyz," etc.
  • Use two-factor authentication (2FA): Even if your password is stolen, an attacker will not be able to access your account.
  • Save your 2FA backup codes: In case you lose access to your 2FA authentication app, they will help you regain access to your account. Learn how to configure 2FA to keep your account protected

! Important: Change your password immediately if you know your account, email, or password has been breached. Then check your mailbox — we always contact you if someone logs into your account from a new device.
