The Dual Thrust trading algorithm is a famous strategy developed by Michael Chalek. It has been commonly used in futures, forex and equity markets. The idea of Dual Thrust is similar to a typical breakout system, however dual thrust uses the historical price to construct update the look back period - theoretically making it more stable in any given period.
Calculates Fibonacci retracements based on daily highs/lows, and further beyond that if specified. The main difference between this and other auto Fibbing tools is ease of visibility.
Take highs/lows from a few days back or take highs/lows from each daily candle
Hide retracements before today
Show labels for each retracement level
Personally I don't like the trouble of drawing fibonacci retracement and extension tolls time and time again, not only human eyes and hands are not as accurate as a computer, but also, you would sit and think : "Hey, which one of these candles is the start of the wave" time and time again.
That is one of the issues, some times you may want to drop more than one...
