Added the ability to define the ATR Period other than 20.

The premise of the indicator is to identify when price has extended beyond normal flows.

I.E - 20 Period (20 trading days in a month) measures the average daily range across the last 20 days.

@Matteovirgo, just an older version I was using to prototype. TradingView doesnt let you delete indicators though.
