I've been watching the 28 cents area and seen how its had a reaction for over 12 months now.
To me, it looks like some big player/s are/is trying to get a large order filled there. remember, whales have deep pockets. Each time part of the order is filled, price pumps, this is leaving the order part filled. The market could be getting shorted to push price back to 28 cents to get the rest of the fill.
-No triangles, - No Trend-lines.
I'd say we are about ready to now rally (as long as that order is fully complete) so, lets see if those shorts are removed soon to let price go.
