Not a real Elliot wave, I'm afraid... (Your wave 2-3 is actually only wave 0-1. And then your 4-5 is not bigger than your 2-3?! Which it needs to be. None of this is yet Elliot! ;)

Ok @Rachel_T, I understand Elliot theory, BUT... There seems to be a lot of conflicting information about WHEN a true Elliot wave actually starts. Some claim you just need a double bottom support. Others claim that if Waves 1 and 2 can be 'cancelled' if wave 2 comes down too far, and that Wave 1 starts again... (which is what I was trying to say above, based on what this guy here claims: youtube.com/watch?v=ywWnZQ3Wn1Y&feature=youtu.be&t=469)
I apologise for the tone of my replay. And, I don't doubt for one minute that you know far more about all of this than I do!!! In your opinion, what is the correct criteria to start a genuine Elliot wave please?
