The developer has abandoned the project after a miserable failure of and ICCO. The Daemon is locked by the Dev leaving NOBODY the ability to add new mining pools. Why did the Developer do this? Because he screwed up the code by adding merged mining. He knows that if there's a 2nd mining pool, the block-chain WILL get jammed which is UN-FIXABLE.
