Ok. I guess its time I share some of my inner thinking.

Many argue that the markets are simply randomized chaos.

I argue, that the markets are controlled chaos.

What do you agree with? If you think that the markets are pure in randomization then you stand with the H:0 null hypothesis of : Markets are naturally randomized, and thus can not be predicted.

I stand with H:1 ; the markets are controlled chaos and thus can be predicted.

So lets break down H:1 into two parts.

Controlled:

Chaos:

This has many implications if we are to accept the first premise.

Controlled chaos: lets begin by saying I have seen a variety of % about how algorithmic the market has become over the decades. The progression of algorithm design and its ability to categorically retain and recall input:output entropy, has changed how we have lived.

But in that development, so too did it become a hot area for advancement. How advanced have algorithms become?

Who knows.

But I sure do know. That these algorithms will continue to change how I have lived personally. From day to day.

Capitalism: How we thrive on data collection, categorizing, and re-marketing that data to persuade and influence. That is psychological and very human. Psychological persuasion is important. A human requirement. Persuasion of self, and persuasion of other. Validation of self thru persuasion by control of other. Human. Core and rooted in human behavior of wants and needs. Too succeed and accumulate. Control. These are powerful premises to human psychoanalytics. Both at a micro and macro level depth we can begin to complete a picture.

Social media... The infamous echo-halls of scroll land. Where we spend numerous hours a day, every single day scrolling whichever media we desire. We can saturate our wants with all the data we can consume. We are the inputs and outputs of the entropy of social media. The fabric of electric based emotional information transfer.
Artificial intelligence is born. Teaching a machine to feel. based on human emotions. The entirety of human emotion can be found on the internet.

The entropy of humans.

What about the finance world?
The input and output here is money and assets + a whole lot of human emotion.

What controls input and output once money and assets act as a vehicle for their containment? What controls the input and output of emotion once it becomes the driving force behind a vehicle? Surely, you can think of many examples.

As one accumulates weight and mass of the vehicle, the increase in probability of volatility increases. But what is volatility as it pertains to controlled chaos?

Well in 2022. algorithms seem to have the upper hand. algorithm influences has wooed us into a state of mass confusion. Misinformation. The era of fact based opinion. Subjective royalty. Those whos opinions hold more weight over the other.

Whos algorithms though? Well.. Everyone's algorithms who takes part in the ecosystem. But not every algorithm is the same, a hierarchy has formed just as in life. The machine world is dominated by those with the ability to develop and pursue such endeavors. When emotion bleeds into algorithmic application, it can be seen by those who look close enough.

This is chaos. Uncertainty. Unknowns. Can Nots. Will Nots. Should Nots rendered between what is and what was, is now. Machine or human? I ask you.. can you differentiate the order book between what is human and what is algorithm?

One's natural human tendency is to control chaos, to stabilize our potential for survival.

Controlled chaos has made life, convenient for many. Its extreme power of compression and extreme oppression brings us to the cusp of the next industrial revolution.

The redistribution.

But are you understanding what I am getting it?

Controlled chaos is by psychoanalytic necessity, an attempt to survive the self.

Powerful.

But what does that have to do about anything?

Well.
It's admitting that control is necessary for survival. And its rooted into the deepest folds of our DNA.

Can we ponder that controlled chaos might actually be exist in the stock market, forex market and crypto markets? Because the survival of control rests only in chaos?

Now, look at where the trend sits in EXHIBIT C. (the last one).

Now what a crazy outlier to occur the day of the R/S.

Inversion of the Root.

What once sat in the box (E1) star (E2) was compressed in a cubic manner on, exposing the residual only momentarily. This was captured DURING THE R/S reconfiguration.

Where did all that energy go?..

When I first witnessed this phenomena on lower timeframes.

I began to follow the string.

This lead me to big macro timeframe strings.

Propositions of where that energy actually goes.

What is UVXY exactly?

It is a derivative of VIX, as so claimed by the prospectus. Ok. I can accept this.

What does this derivative do though? Its a mathematical formulation between SPX VIX and currency swaps. It is my belief that the energy is folded. This allows control of weights in a weight balanced entropy.

Look at the 5 year chart of UVXY and then look at VIX.. Fractalized Compression, that's what I see. Just different forms of it.

All those folds.. All that energy compressed.. Where to go with it..

I just showed you an example of that compression being folded in action. Ask yourself. Where does that energy go?

Do you choose to ignore such weird synchronicity ? Are you an H:0 idealist? Pure randomness?

I choose to be a H:1 realist based upon the psychoanalytic breadth of survival of self in a aristocratic upheld society, where the ones at the top ooze the biggest urge to seek control. Controlled chaos. Hence randomness is not coincidence but the combination of chance enhanced by desire.

If we add the impossible component of human emotion to the equation we must define the parameters.

Fear and Greed.

Sound familiar?

A psychological defined sentiment indicator. Used by news stations and finance media outlets. It controls.

Repetition bleeds the emotion from algorithms, but devours the emotions of traders.

Watching UVXY devour those who try to decode its emotion, only makes it bleed more.

I was swallowed whole by this vessel. I regret nothing. I became fascinated with its anatomy.

So I studied it from the inner belly. I watched it eat others. I watched how it regurgitated that energy over and over. All the while. It laughed, louder and louder. Psy-op enhanced by those who attempted to find the the core to its insatiable appetite.

Volatility is chaos.

Control volatility, control chaos.

Controlled chaos is controlled volatility.

It is the driving mechanism of psychoanalytic equilibrium.

Both in the human world and in the machine world.

It is up to you to define and refine what it means to be controlled and for chaos to be contained for purpose.. That is volatility. Thinking intrusively from one direction to another, always trying to rationalize the truth and irrationalize the conspiracy.
That is volatility.

That moment you compress those thoughts into the deep dark recesses of your brain. You just performed a fold, turned that emotion into kinetic energy to be acted upon another day.

The SPX weld is very unstable. The welds are approaching their mechanical limit.

Nothing but air below us..

Why do I place things where I do?

Is there meaning behind the placement?

Why is he never right?

What is being right?

What is being wrong?

The perceptions of right and wrong are like ying and yang. The more you try and understand the opposing, the more emotional volatility occurs. The faster you spin. The force of observation is the accelerant to the perception. All these charts are subjective observation, thus the dynamic nature of subjective perception is a constant.

If the subjective perception is a constant, our premise and our introspection of it I, is its rotation. This rotation of the introspection produces the volatility of intent.

Its a constant stream.

Get it?

Ok.

If one looks at a the psychological environment intent occurs in, we want to intuitively counter that immediate rotating belief that, 'I am always right'. Likewise, dismissing the notion that, 'I am always wrong' is equal that initial intent of your rotating belief.

There in lies the proposition development.
As you trade your rotating belief it can be strengthened and manipulated by staying subjectively bias.. Because ultimately one must choose a side, and stick with it. Arguably your intention of action (taking X risk) is intrinsic to your subjectivity.

Thus why would you always want to be split? Why not retain internal discipline by honing your ability to be completely subjective?

Subjective Empiricism is so frowned in the scientific world upon because everyone wants to take emotion out of the equation to reduce error in observed measurement.

This is why everyone is so focused on creating the best of the best algorithms. And my nature how machine learning has blossomed. Data harvesting, data manipulation, data this and data that.

We have drifted away from the ability to use the human mind, and that is a psychoanalytic push towards disaster world wide, as we disconnect from self. We stay focused on just the I.

These opinions are simply that of a critical thinker. I push for a equilibrium of control of self and become lapsed in the rotation. Trying to control it, I become hypnotized by the I of the moment. I like to trade so if you let go of trying to control the rotation, you find yourself in full control of the self. Thus emotion becomes a strength. And using emotion for trading is the biggest advantage you have against A.I and algorithm networks.

We must break that and see beyond the I and let the self become chaos. Because only under chaos does order occur. Not the type of chaos you perceive of me, but the chaos you perceive within you.

What do you see within these charts?
They are nothing but a shared opinion.

Doodles representing the subjectivity of one individual. But how weighted can ones subjectivity be?

That is an unknown in this equation because I don't know who sees this. This is a public forum.

And being 100% biased to my subjective notion of chaos and finding order within it, is what will separate me from you. Because my emotion is my strength, and its more powerful than an algorithm, whose emotionless purpose is to follow the commands of humans running away from their own.
