on this chart I want to show you a decent example of a "volume divergence". as you see the market is in a clear bullish movement and approaches the all-time market high. analyzing the volumes you can notice very weak green volumes during bullish days and rising selling volumes during NOT VOLATILE bearish days. for example, selling volume spike on 11th of April is very telling: while the market is going upwards, smart money start selling! volume divergence is a warning sign for us.
