Rumor is: This company is withholding the FDA approval news in order to bleed out share holders and buy the stock below 2 dollars (not my rumor, on this board somewhere), but your post solidifies this theory. I hate this shady company with a passion. Another thing: Their recent SEC filings state they may or may not divulge FDA approvals (which adds to the hypothesis they are just playing people).
